Welcome to the page of the European investment agency ABC Invest Pro, founded in 2018. The main office of the company is located in the center of Europe, the city of Bratislava, the Slovak Republic.
Our team will combine more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. By combining our competencies of builders, designers, lawyers, marketers, financiers, developers, entrepreneurs, in a short time we have achieved some success in achieving our ambitious goal – developing concepts, attracting investments, implementing successful construction and investment projects at different stages.
At the moment, we have taken part in more than 50 investment projects at various stages of implementation. From the selection of a land plot to the sale of a constructed facility. We have attracted more than 25,000,000 euros of direct investment at various stages of investment and construction projects in different countries – Ukraine, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria, Montenegro, Croatia. Our representative offices are located in Bratislava, Prague, Vienna, Kyiv. In 2021, we opened a representative office in Montenegro, the city of Budva. Our partners are large real estate operators, investment funds, real estate investment companies, construction companies, private investors.
In view of the constant growth in the real estate market of the European Union, the lack of companies and specialists with experience in implementing development projects, our team has developed several service packages for the relocation of investment and construction business to the countries of Central Europe.
