AVG Group presents at the forum the concept of a modern cottage village, which will be located in a picturesque area near the town of Senec. The concept provides for an eco-friendly settlement, which is organized according to the principle of a city in a park. The main street is a large green area with squares, a cascade of water reservoirs, an outdoor swimming pool, a playground for children and a sports area. Life in harmony with nature was the main idea in developing the project. Much attention was paid to sports activities. So, in addition to specialized public playgrounds, residents have access to cycling and jogging paths that run through the entire area. There are several residence options to choose from to meet the needs and tastes of the particular client.
The project reflects the new philosophy of life with a large degree of comfort and safety with the benefits of respect for the environment. The project was developed in collaboration of ABC-investment (Slovakia) and AVG group (Ukraine). AVG project team as always on top of the game!
